Hi All,
As promised and with assistance from Spiderman (Travel Agent) and Crocodile (Hash Scribe), a program has finally been produced, priced and attached.
This is a trip for Hashers organized by Hashers. We can assure you that you will have an unforgettable experience travelling, running and walking through some of the most spectacular scenery in the World.
Apart from travelling on The Ghan, I have done it all and it's true (trust me!).

We will continue to update the program particularly in the area of run times and run venues as I need to have further discussions with Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin Hash Clubs.
Because it is logistically difficult to accommodate more than 30 persons during the Red Centre Desert Trek, it has been decided that we offer the trip on a "by invitation only" basis. Therefore, to help us at our end, please register and pay through Spiderman at Varsity Lakes Travel via the Registration Form.
You will become a confirmed participant immediately Spiderman receives your payment.
If you are from overseas, you can pay in full now to take advantage of the current weak Australian dollar or pay the deposit with the balance due by 31 December 2009. This date is a requirement for some overall substantial discounts.
Spiderman is the co-founder of VL Travel and therefore a licensed travel agent, so your funds are insured under strict Australian travel agency requirements. Should you pay and then not be able to make the trip you may transfer your registration up until 31 December 2009.
Spiderman has done some heavy negotiations in terms of the cost and you can be assured that you are getting an excellent deal by our standards. We have added in the majority of the meal requirements and booze for the circles, so once you arrive in Adelaide and complete your trip in Darwin there will be very few extras to pay for.
